3. Failure to Uphold the Constitution: Demonstrating a pattern of decisions that undermine fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution, including but not limited to voting rights, reproductive rights, and equal protection under the law.

Article II: Partisan Bias and Compromised Judicial Independence

Whereas, Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito have repeatedly demonstrated partisan bias and compromised the independence of the judiciary by:

1. Partisan Affiliations: Engaging in partisan political activities or maintaining affiliations with partisan organizations that call into question their ability to render impartial judgments.

2. Prejudicial Statements: Making public statements or engaging in behaviors that exhibit bias against certain groups or issues that come before the Court, thereby prejudicing fair adjudication.

Article III: Failure to Recuse When Appropriate

Whereas, Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito have failed to recuse themselves from cases where their impartiality could reasonably be questioned, thereby violating the principles of fairness and justice.

Article IV: Undermining Public Trust in the Judiciary

Whereas, the actions and behaviors of Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito have contributed to a growing perception among the public that the Supreme Court is not a fair and impartial arbiter of justice, but rather influenced by political considerations and personal biases.

Article V: Dereliction of Duty

Whereas, Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito have, through their actions and decisions, neglected their duty to uphold the highest standards of judicial conduct and maintain public confidence in the integrity of the Supreme Court.

Therefore, be it resolved that the House of Representatives of the United States of America, in the exercise of its constitutional duty to investigate and address abuses of power within the federal government, hereby impeaches Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito for high crimes and misdemeanors against the United States and its citizens.

Further, be it resolved that the Senate of the United States shall conduct a trial on these articles of impeachment, with the Chief Justice presiding, to determine whether the aforementioned justices should be removed from office and disqualified from holding any future office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.

This resolution is enacted under the authority vested in the House of Representatives by the Constitution of the United States, to uphold the rule of law and ensure the integrity of the judicial branch for generations to come.
