Article II: Partisan Bias and Compromised Judicial Independence

Whereas, Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito have repeatedly demonstrated partisan bias and compromised the independence of the judiciary by:

Further, be it resolved that the Senate of the United States shall conduct a trial on these articles of impeachment, with the Chief Justice presiding, to determine whether the aforementioned justices should be removed from office and disqualified from holding any future office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.


This resolution is enacted under the authority vested in the House of Representatives by the Constitution of the United States, to uphold the rule of law and ensure the integrity of the judicial branch for generations to come.
